Job Description

Description: NSI requires a detail-driven Acquisition & Program Management Analyst to support a Government Property Office through MDA. This role supports programs with a significant volume of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and requires a professional who thrives in data-heavy, detail-oriented work.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into large datasets, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy across complex property records. If you're the type of person who finds satisfaction in tracking down a missing part number in a massive spreadsheet-this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support oversight and accountability of Government Furnished Property (GFP) across multiple contracts
  • Review and reconcile large property datasets and inventories for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in property records, part numbers, and asset tracking data
  • Maintain and update records using Excel and Access databases
  • Assist with property audits, reporting, and compliance reviews
  • Collaborate with program teams, contracting personnel, and logistics staff
  • Ensure alignment with government property management regulations and contract requirements
  • Provide analytical support to improve data integrity and property tracking processes
Location: Huntsville, AL (On-Site)

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience

Experience: At least 10+ years of experience supporting ACAT I/II programs, supporting DoD acquisition, program management, or property management functions. Working knowledge of Government Furnished Property (GFP) principles and processes. Familiarity with DoD property accountability systems and reporting tools. Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, or audit support. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, sorting, filtering, pivot tables).

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
