Sr. Data Engineer

Job Description:
As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building a robust data analytics platform (in Databricks) to be used by a skilled team of data professionals conducting product analysis on a highly visible online product.
The Data Engineer is expected to work across multiple source systems, transforming how data is accessed, managed, and utilized across the organization. The engineer must be highly experienced in designing and implementing robust data pipelines, optimizing data infrastructure, and enhancing data feeds to improve quality, availability, and scalability. This may include Kafka streaming, batch ETL, or API data interfaces.
The engineer will work in an agile software development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that empower data-driven decision-making.
