Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Database Coordinator to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
The Database Coordinator (DBC) manages, monitors, and integrates lifecycle support activities for technical publications databases and delivery products, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and customer needs. Acting as the primary liaison between Technical Publications (Tech Pubs), DRSX tool teams, IMIS/Debrief teams and the customer, this role establishes support requirements, master schedules, and program implementation/integration plans to enable timely, accurate IETM/IMIS deliveries alongside project management team.

Position Responsibilities
- Day-to-day and periodic database administration of the Quill/DRSX tool suite and IMIS builds
- Managing user privileges and access
- Processing Support Request Tickets, monitoring work status and milestones
- Coordinating DRS activities and preparing dataset
- Conducting software functional testing
- Coordinating tool deployments and in-country installs
- Investigating customer and author inquiries, and preparing status reports and presentations for internal and customer reviews
- Lead training teams/customers
- Participate in technical roadmap planning
- Lead continuous improvement efforts within the dataset.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of Quill Experience/DRSX tool suite
- 6+ years of experience in technical data development or support engineering activities (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field
- Experience in S1000D
- Understanding of Systems Engineering
- 5+ years of Quill Experience/DRSX tool suite
