Responsibilities
- Execute daily updates to complex digital record sets, ensuring 100% data integrity for critical reporting and operational forecasting.
- Manage and audit federally regulated documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring all records meet stringent government standards for immediate audit-readiness.
- Function as the operational glue by managing schedules, sensitive communications, and coordination across various departments to maintain mission continuity.
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including creating, verifying, and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and inventory to ensure fiscal and material accountability.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing administrative workflows and implement tech-driven solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors preferred)
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years administrative support experience
- Proven experience handling sensitive, regulated documentation with zero-fail accuracy
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to proactively resolve technical and operational discrepancies without immediate supervision
- U.S. Citizenship required; Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and successfully pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph within 6 months of hire date
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility requirements
- Associate's degree or higher
- Direct experience supporting operations at the Missile Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) and/or COLSA
- Background in managing large-scale, high velocity data
- Demonstrated mastery of Federal Compliance regulations and the nuances of government record-keeping protocols
