KBR is seeking an Engagement and Training Specialist with a conceptual understanding of model-based systems engineering and experience advising customers in planning procedure development. This position will also provide hands-on guidance within and across KBR Program Systems Engineering (SE) Integrated Teams to deliver on-target success of both top-down DE Culture Transformation objectives and hands-on DE taskings. This position requires an active TS/SCI w/ Poly for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist stakeholders in planning process development relevant to the digital transformation and digital engineering, (Model Based System Engineering) efforts.
- Execute on planning process development in response to Customer's and Stakeholders' needs.
- Develop and monitor direct and indirect DE Transformation performance results and metrics; and maintain vigilance to drive DE Transformation gap closures - as appropriate, early, and timely.
- Coordinate and collaborate with directorates and offices across the NRO to transform space and intelligence enterprise to digital engineering practices and approaches.
- Facilitates program Lifecycle Readiness Reviews such as Independent Readiness Team assessments or Independent Program Assessments
- Facilitates large-level engagements such as the Digital Engineering Community of Practice (DE CoP) and its related Annual Summit
- Plan and facilitate training coordination between subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional systems designers (ISDs) and instructors/workshop facilitator as well as related logistics such as rooms, dial-ins, film crews, etc.

- Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
- Working Hours: Core hour support required
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant technical / pseudo-technical customer planning experience: (moderately complex to complex planning across multiple officer both internal and external).
- Excellent communication skills
- 4+ years of coordination and collaboration experience and skill interfacing regularly with senior level officials within the Westfields customer.
- The ability to work in a secure, confined location (i.e., SCIF).
Desired:
- Advanced degree in STEM (science, technical, engineering, math) or related discipline.
