Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Project Manager to support a newly awarded, complex, multi-year, >$150M contract that will modernize mission-critical DoD IT infrastructure across dozens of sites in many countries in the European Area of Responsibility (AoR).

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full life cycle of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
- Takes projects from original system requirements validation through final implementation\turnover to the customer and closeout.
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including government customers, stakeholders, and interface with enterprise services.
- Defines project scope and objectives.
- High level of understanding of all technical areas within the scope of this contract.
- Maintain high quality standards for project technical documentation.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards.
- Manages the statement of work requiring the integration of vendors and subcontractors.
- Tasks, tracks, reports, and reviews deliverables.
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
- High level of problem and risk analysis, which require the creation of Course of Actions to mitigate potential risks.
Qualifications
Required:
- MA/MS w/ 12+ yrs of relevant experience OR BA/BS w/15+ yrs of relevant experience
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement.
- Active Secret Clearance required, TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (Active)
- DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+) and a relevant Computing Environment Certification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting technical documentation requirements such as project management plans, quality plans, installation plans, test & check-out, drawings.
- Effective communicator with ability to lead status meetings and project reviews.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desired:
- Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
- Familiar with DISN Enterprise Network (DISN-EN) Installation Campus Area Network Design & Implementation (ICAN-DI)
- Experience in the European Theater supporting US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) and/or 2nd Theater Signal Brigade and subordinate Battalions.
Location:
- This position will be located in Wiesbaden, Germany with potential travel around Europe as required.

Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. Salary for this role is between $90,000 to $110,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
