Job Description
One Federal Solution has an opening for a Management Analyst supporting our Federal Government client. The Management Analyst provides analytical, administrative, and contract-related support to ensure program effectiveness, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, service providers, and government personnel to support contract administration, security processes, and program management activities.
Clearance Requirements - Secret
Management Analyst Responsibilities:
Provide contract administration support by reviewing requirements and translating them into requisitions
Review vendor invoices to confirm accuracy and compliance with contract terms and conditions
Initiate and track public trust certification and security clearance requests for service providers
Advise service providers on U.S. Government contractor registration and payment systems
Maintain accurate and current service provider information in automated program or contract management systems
Coordinate with Diplomatic Security regarding facility access and security clearance matters
Prepare draft correspondence, memoranda, and reports for Office Director or Deputy Director review and signature
Compile, analyze, and report program data to support management and operational decision-making
Support program operations through document control, tracking, and administrative coordination
Perform additional analytical and administrative duties as required
Management Analyst Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Active Secret Clearance
In lieu of a degree, three (3) years of experience assisting with or participating in management improvement or efficiency studies may be substituted
Six (6) years or more of relevant professional experience
Experience supporting organizational analysis, systems and procedures analysis, records management, space utilization, work measurement, cost-benefit analysis, budget analysis, or similar operational studies
Demonstrated ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to assess and improve program effectiveness
Experience using analytical tools such as Excel spreadsheets, Access databases, CMMS, or departmental accounting systems
Knowledge of federal financial laws, policies, regulations, and procedures applicable to operational programs
Ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop sound conclusions
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations
Experience with database management, data analytics, and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to design, support, or conduct comprehensive management or operational studies
Experience with federal security clearance processing or contract document management is desirable
