This senior role fosters collaboration with other senior engineers for the development of advanced data analytics solutions and agile development projects in support of a high-visibility mission. This position involves providing technical leadership and guidance on data analytics and agile development projects, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive mission objectives.

This Program is seeking a full stack software engineer to develop, maintain and enhance complex and diverse software systems supporting Analytic Missions.
This Program has a robust process to ensure quality of products. The process includes DAT, UAT/SME Validation, Smoke Test, and System Level Test (SLT) prior to deploying products to production.

Basic Qualifications:
TS/SCI w/FSP
Excellent Communication Skills - verbal and written
Familiar with SCIF Operations (open/close)
Able to collaborate with technical staff as well as PMO staff.
Familiar with ticketing systems, such as JIRA.
Desired Skills:
• Planning and Coordination: Developing and implementing program processes (Standard Operating Procedures) ensuring objectives are met within time and funding parameters
o Assist DPM with maintaining IT asset inventory and collaborate with LM-IT on resource assignment, updates, and moves
o Coordinate (e.g., Ticket Creation / Management) with Facilities, Security on access control, and LM-IT teams on compute & telephony resources
• This includes Uncleared contractor access, cleaning, operations, and maintenance of all program spaces
o Collaborate with Executive Admin support in preparation for Customer and LM leadership meetings
o Collaborate with Facilities and PMO on staff placement, on-boarding, transition, and off-boarding
o Collaborate with Security on Badging, Room Open/Close, IT accounts, and Accesses (e.g., printers, etc.)
o Collaborate with Staffing and TTO Leads to support on and off-boarding activities
• Identify, prepare, and clean desk area prior to new personnel arrivals
• Create name tag for room & seat designator
• Print Welcome package and place them in the appropriate desk assignment prior to arrival
• Update high and low side jira tickets as appropriate
• Communication & Liaison: Acts as a key contact between staff, stakeholders, and external partners (e.g., Special Needs & Accommodations).
o Update signage for building closures, and provide the PMO timely information on facility impacts and weather events
o Coordinate program all-hands and morale building activities
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensures program activities comply with organizational policies, regulations, and quality standards.
o Assist data management & reporting activities to track program metrics, ensure databases are up-to-date, and generate various reports/spreadsheets
o Conduct inventory on IT assets (Customer & LM) required by the program
• Personnel Support: Daily support to the Program and technical contractor staff to ensure work efficiencies
o Assist with the provisioning of office supplies, infrastructure (e.g., furniture), and resources (e.g., Sign-In Board, Name Tags) required for program staff
o Ensure cleanliness and functional operation of all program spaces
o Generate and distribute Program Recognition Letters
o Manage and update Program Seating Charts and space allocation reports
o Conduct weekly site inspections to ensure the facility is operating at full capacity
• Check all lighting, microwaves, coffee machines, whiteboards, VTC, and supporting infrastructure
• Collaborate with Facilities & the PMO to record, report, and remediate any issues identified

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
