As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more cross-functional Agile teams. You will ensure Agile principles and Scrum practices are effectively applied while enabling teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes efficiently and consistently.
You will operate in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, working closely with Product Owners, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and continuously improve team performance. This role requires strong facilitation skills, the ability to break down unfamiliar or complex work, and comfort operating in an environment with competing priorities and incoming requests.

Work in an Agile/SAFe environment, breaking down unfamiliar content collaboratively with the team.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
Prepare and guide teams through PI Planning, ensuring quarterly objectives, dependencies, and backlogs are well defined.
Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and capacity planning.
Assess incoming work requests—especially for the networking-focused team with high demand—and help prioritize based on quarterly goals.
Manage and resolve cross-team dependencies to support timely delivery.
Track, understand, and communicate team health, delivery metrics, and progress.
Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and psychological safety.
Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
Adapt Agile processes to align with -specific Agile frameworks and constraints.
Apply project management awareness as needed to coordinate work, even if not directly using enterprise tools such as Planview.
