Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Security Clearance// must possess SECRET
Associate's Degree and 6 years work experience or
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience
Military Experience in Logistics, Supply Support, or equivalent experience is desired.
MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency is desired)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Security Clearance// must possess SECRET
Associate's Degree and 6 years work experience or
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience
Military Experience in Logistics or Supply Support and MILSTRIP procurement and Government Purchase Card or equivalent experience is desired. Famliarity with US Navy ERP is desireable
Experience or understanding of the AEGIS Combat System is a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Works with leadership and customer to ensure efficient and timely materiel flow(s). Roles and Responsibilities
- Function as team member to meet tasking objectives and coordinate schedules and contract deliverables.
- Provide logistics support to keep all on-site and off-site test equipment operational and available for use by the Aegis Combat System (ACS) Developer
- Provide Trouble Failure Report support via MILSTRIP procurement process or Government Purchase Card research and quote generation
- Liaison between US Government personnel (AEGIS TECHREP) and BAE Systems Inc. personnel
- Assists team lead with material procurement for US Navy, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), production shipyards, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and Ad-Hoc customer requests i.e. data/metrics articulation
- Author and maintain detailed trackers via Database Management (MS Excel)
- Assists with material shipment coordination.
- Reviews and analyzes material stock levels/inventory and supporting special projects
- Attend weekly status meetings and generates reports for leadership team
- Works with junior and senior team members to determine material procurement process, communicate customer needs/requirements and screen for availability through authorized sources of supply
- Prepares and contributes reports and presentations for AEGIS TECHREP customer and/or BAE Systems leadership
- Regularly engages in person, and virtually, with customer(s), schedules and conducts team meetings as requested.
