Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Clearance Required in Ocala, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with professionalism in a team that values being agile, reliable, and innovative, while putting people first and acting with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify suspicious conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with location policies and aerospace and defense-related requirements.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or access concerns, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
