Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contractor liaison to Government Deployment Leadership, aligning on enterprise deployment strategies, sequencing, and priorities across multiple services.
- Lead cross-service planning forums, such as deployment huddles and integrated planning sessions, to coordinate timelines, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with Service Deployment Leads and enterprise IT organizations, including J6, to validate site readiness, technical requirements, and integration plans.
- Maintain and manage an integrated master schedule, tracking dependencies, milestones, and site approvals to ensure timely deployment of operational medical systems.
- Support deployment events, oversee system adoption, and facilitate ongoing stabilization efforts in field and deployed environments.
- Prepare weekly status updates, executive briefings, and planning materials while driving accountability across teams.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, escalating issues promptly to maintain deployment momentum.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience supporting or leading software deployments, system implementations, or program delivery in complex operational or enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployment processes, including planning, execution, and sustainment.
- Experience working with military organizations, federal agencies, or defense programs is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups, including technical and non-technical teams, service branches, and enterprise IT entities such as J6.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and dependencies effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing briefings and reports for senior leadership.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, maintain alignment, and foster collaboration across multiple organizations.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in medical or defense systems deployment.
- Knowledge of military operations or healthcare systems in deployed environments.
- Formal project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
