Join XTS as a Senior Data Scientist in St. Louis, MO, supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) by driving mission-critical insights that strengthen enterprise-level understanding and operational decision-making.

In this role, you will directly support multiple NGA analytic offices, including the Analysis of Alternatives (AOA) and Analysis of Human Geography (AOH), serving as a key contributor across mission sets that rely on large-scale, complex data to drive intelligence outcomes. You will work at the center of multiple analytical efforts, uncovering trends, patterns, and insights that directly influence operational intelligence workflows.

You will design and implement scalable data processes that transform raw, complex datasets into structured analytical outputs, ensuring insights are not only discovered but effectively operationalized through clear, intuitive visualizations embedded into daily mission workflows. Operating in a high-tempo environment, you will manage multiple concurrent efforts while collaborating closely with analysts and stakeholders to translate data into actionable intelligence.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in Python, with the ability to develop scalable solutions, automate workflows, and process complex datasets
• Solid experience in SQL and database querying to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
• Ability to use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Plotly, etc.) to communicate insights and support operational workflows
• Deep understanding of GEOINT products, data formats, and satellite imagery systems
• Proven experience designing scalable processes to analyze large, complex datasets, identify trends and insights, and translate findings into clear visualizations that integrate into operational workflow
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at a senior level and in an independent environment, providing leadership and technical guidance to less experienced team members
• Experience working with Intelligence Community (IC) data repositories and integrating data from multiple classified and structured sources
• Strong communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration across diverse teams and organizations
