Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking qualified Systems Administrator I. The qualified candidate should have experience/knowledge in the following areas:
- Design architecture including software, hardware, and communications to support total requirements
- Provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces
- Identify, assess, and present options for meeting functional and technical requirements
- Design high-level system diagrams and architectural documentation
- Ensure systems comply with open systems architecture standards
- Evaluate and solve problems of workflows, organization, and planning
- Develop architectural solutions that integrate legacy and modern systems
- Research, identify, select, and test technology products
- Establish and implement technology integration strategies
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies
- Work on advanced, complex technical projects
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams
Requirements
Required:
Systems Administrator I - Up to 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in systems architecture
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles
- Experience with architectural frameworks and patterns
- Understanding of system integration concepts
- Experience with technology evaluation and selection
Desired:
- Experience with DoD/Navy programs
- Knowledge of DoD architectural frameworks
- Cloud architecture experience
- SAFe certification
- Security architecture expertise
- Experience with legacy system modernization
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices
