Job Description
Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Top Secret Clearance. Must be local to the client site. Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week.
Statement of Work:
The Office Sustainment lead will support the Air Force Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection (AF/A4) as their main client, while also having the opportunity to engage with this Directorate's multitude of stakeholders, dispersed both domestically and internationally. They will serve as a technical writer, facilitator, and will have the opportunity to present to senior level clients.

These percentages are not fixed and may fluctuate from week to week based on mission requirements, emerging priorities, and the evolving needs of the organization. Flexibility and adaptability are essential to ensure the successful execution of all responsibilities.

Primary Job Duties:
- Job Duty 1 with % of time - Primary A4 security manager for Personnel, Information, and Physical security actions. Verify personnel security clearances on documents (DD 2875s, WINDAR). Serve as a liaison for SCI indoctrinations and JWICS account creation. Manages security in/out processing and foreign travel coordination for personal leave requests. Supports additional security-related tasks as needed. (50%)
- Job Duty 2 - Serve as the alternate A4 Emergency Program Coordinator, responsible for leading the A4 team during AFCAT/COOP activations, managing program appointments and training, and developing readiness reports. Additionally, you will verify eRoster positions, maintain standby rosters, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and policies. (30%)
- Job Duty 3 - Assist the A4 Director of Staff with security related projects as well as other needs identified by A4 DS or Front Office that falls within the scope job of similar duties like A4 Principals OCA Initial & Annual training, JWICS accounts, secure communications equipment inspections and inventory, etc. (10%)
- Job Duty 4 - Analyze requirements, strategize solutions, and pitch proposals to the client on new IT capabilities within the client's technology portfolio (10%)

Required skills/Level of Experience:
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years of experience with Headquarters Air Force
- Ability to become proficient in National Background Investigations (NBIS) and Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
- Experience with SAP Security- Department of Defense Manual 5205.07, Volume 1, Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual: General Procedures
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality written communications that meet a senior (3 star) office standard.
- Verbal skills: able to translate technical requirements to non-technical members or clients
- Client Relationship Management: ability to build lasting relationships with the client and
- Presentation skills: ability to present to senior clients, or present on behalf of the client in key forums
- Extremely detail oriented, with strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with taking detailed minutes at high-level meetings
