Job Description

Responsibilities

The individual selected for this position will support the Sponsor's Program Management Office (PMO), which is responsible for providing a unified decision-making approach to reduce risk across the Sponsor's Internet activities. This includes providing governance support, requirements triage, facilitation, and other types of systems integration support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide technical, consulting, facilitation, and administrative support to the Sponsor component's governance processes and boards.
  • Manage technical exchange meetings, support ongoing collection, analysis, and triage of requirements.
  • Communicate and document internet risk management, diversification, tradecraft, and capabilities to senior stakeholders and senior board members.
  • Assist in the creation, coordination, and business process management of governance boards, including the maintenance of policies, decision-making structures, charters, etc.
  • Track and manage action items, meeting minutes, and generating quarterly and annual reports, as required.
  • Define and capture requirements by interacting with stakeholders and conducting independent research and analysis in preparation for meetings; gather information from personnel within the supported principal's organization or appropriate external stakeholders to provide necessary background for meetings and engagements; ensure materials are prepared and ready for review in advance of meetings.
  • Create and maintain Sponsor content for branding and messaging of board and governance activities.
  • Update, maintain, and manage information in centralized repositories and websites where content is hosted.
  • Plan and coordinate program management process activities and leverage experience to recommend efficiencies and process improvements, including the development of standard operating procedures and associated documentation.
  • Develop schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures and ensure that they are followed.
  • Collaborate with the Sponsor's Program Manager and stakeholders to drive consistency in project scheduling approaches and improve accuracy in project reporting.
  • Assist the Sponsor Program Manager with evaluating schedule impacts and establishing formal Program Management Review (PMR) documentation and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Experience with executive-level engagements and communications; meetings, briefings, written and interpersonal communications, to include creating and delivering briefings and presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and providing support for technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to multitask and perform independently; proactive self-starter.
  • Ability to operate and navigate in ambiguous situations; develop plans, lead execution, and ensure progress through completion.
  • Critical thinking skills sufficient to make sound and timely recommendations in unique situations, considering alternative courses of action.
  • Process-oriented and conceptually driven, with the ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and with personnel at all levels including Senior Executive Leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting complex organizations in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience coordinating and working action items to completion.
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively complete tasks.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience with the Sponsor's domain to include enterprise IT and/or mission support.
  • Working knowledge of Sponsor's mission and other stakeholder missions.
  • Demonstrated experience of supporting internet operations for the Sponsor and the Intelligence Community.
  • 3+ years of directly supporting the Sponsor.
