Responsibilities
The Sponsor is a high-level learning institution where skills-specific tradecraft training divisions are combined with new programs to leverage private sector opportunities, support the Directorate's corporate career development, and enhance digital acumen throughout the Sponsor organization. The primary role of the Systems Integrator (SI) is to provide integration management support across multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient and timely cross-project coordination of plans, facilities, technical resources, project schedules, status reporting, briefings, and issue resolution, as well as to provide administrative and registrar support to the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and implement process improvements.
- Respond directly to inquiries when appropriate or take action to facilitate resolution of a range of inquiries and concerns related to the supported mission.
- Vet and refer visitors, callers, emails, and other correspondence to the appropriate internal, IC, or external contact rather than the principal when feasible.
- Provide oversight of activities by monitoring progress and ensuring organizational principles are aware of all tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student registration, course enrollment, and training program data.
- Manage and coordinate logistics for training events, conferences, and meetings, including room reservations, catering, and equipment.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents, as needed.
- Provide data entry and data management support to ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data.
- Respond accurately to routine to moderately complex questions and technical or administrative issues and requests in a clear, concise, credible, and courteous, professional manner.
- Perform other administrative and registrar duties as directed by the Sponsor.
Other:
- Core office hours policy is from 0900-1430.
- Travel is limited to the WMA area.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
- Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate information flow between programs and organizational managers.
- Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Ability to provide a total systems perspective, including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience coordinating, drafting, and providing responses to action items.
- Ability to synthesize information from various sources.
- Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work independently; proven self-starter.
- A working knowledge and experience with the following tools (in order of importance): Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Office, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
