Job Summary:
The Campus Security Manager for a cleared data center is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of all security operations at a sensitive 24/7 facility. This role ensures the protection of personnel, assets, and information by leading a team of cleared security professionals, implementing rigorous security protocols, and maintaining compliance with government regulations and customer requirements. The manager will coordinate daily operations, foster a culture of vigilance, and respond decisively to incidents, audits, and evolving threats. A successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in security best practices, leadership in high-stakes environments, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing operational demands inherent to a mission-critical datacenter environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the provision of armed and unarmed security Services for one or more Datacenters
- Manages the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development, and retention of Supplier's security personnel providing Services.
- Implements indicators, tracking tools, scorecards and reporting methods to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.
- Continually prepares for internal and third-party audits, announced or unannounced, ensuring adherence with approved security controls and procedures, and can demonstrate such adherence.
- Meets regularly with Customer on-site Datacenter management representatives for Datacenter site review including discussions on performance of Services activities, ways to improve collaboration, etc.
- Ensures all Supplier security personnel performing Services are competent and trained in the security systems, equipment, tools, and processes, in accordance with this SOW and as it relates to their assigned position.
- Ensures armed Supplier security personnel performing Services are trained in the use of all assigned equipment, the Use of Force policy, and meet all federal, state, and local requirements for armed security personnel prior to starting Services under this SOW.
- Escalates and documents security incidents, conducts root cause analyses and after-action reports.
