Job Overview

Creek Technologies is seeking a talented and highly motivated Contracts Manager to support program leadership on a long-term federal contract focused on IT Engineering Support Services, Education and Training, and Professional Services contracts supporting customers in the Department of War and the Federal Government.

This role supports cutting-edge technology initiatives that enable customers to sense, analyze, and act across complex operational environments. The program represents a key effort within Creek Technologies' portfolio, delivering impactful solutions to evolving national security challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide contractual leadership and guidance across multiple programs within federal acquisition frameworks
  • Build and maintain relationships with Government Contracting Officers and industry partners
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and related documents
  • Monitor contract performance and support change management activities
  • Support proposal development and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams (pricing, procurement, compliance)
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Manage organizational conflict of interest (OCI) processes and interpret contract requirements
  • Participate in customer meetings as a key member of the program team
  • Independently manage complex contracts, proposals, and risk reviews
  • Develop negotiation strategies informed by acquisition regulations and business objectives
  • Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. Government regulations
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders using best practices and sound judgment
  • Coordinate export compliance activities as required
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Review pricing documentation for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Contracts Manager, Junior, 4+ years of experience negotiating U.S. Government and commercial contracts
  • Contracts Manager, Journeyman, 6+ years of experience negotiating U.S. Government and commercial contracts
  • Contracts Manager, Senior, 10+ years of experience negotiating U.S. Government and commercial contracts

  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition regulations
  • Experience supporting FAR-based procurements (Parts 12, 15, 35), OTAs, and CSOs
  • Strong contract analysis and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships

Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (required)
  • Master's degree or advanced education (preferred)
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and/or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) (preferred)
