Summary
Chenega Global Protection is seeking Shift Supervisors to provide oversight and controlled access monitoring services at a secure facility. This role is responsible for supervising escort operations in compliance with site security policies and contract requirements.
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
A $2,500 completion bonus is offered for this position and requires full completion of the assignment. The bonus is not prorated for early departure.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Cleared Security Escorts and assigned security personnel.
- Ensure escort operations are performed in compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor personnel performance and ensure proper shift coverage and assignments.
- Prevent unauthorized access to classified information, secure spaces or sensitive materials.
- Immediately report security incidents, violations or suspicious activities to supervisory personnel.
- Support access control operations.
- Complete required logs, reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active TS Clearance.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience overseeing security personnel.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a security, protective services or access control environment.
- Background in security, protective services, military, law enforcement or federal contracting environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with facility access control and visitor management systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
