Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years development experience in ServiceNow.
• CSA Admin certifications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to leverage AI in their daily work.
• ServiceNow Application Development experience in two or more of the following areas:
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing in ServiceNow, including form and field creation/updates (backend and/or Studio), Client Scripts, Business Rules, Catalog Items and scripting, group and role administration, flows (Flow Designer), notifications, email configuration, and scheduled jobs.
• ITSM modules, Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem Management
• SPM modules Demand and PPM
• Integrations using REST API and Transform Maps
• CMDB Configuration and Development.
• Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices.
• Effective liaison leading technical development teams.
• Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups.
• Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management.
• Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc).
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Problem/Risk Management.
• MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge in AI tools (Github Copilot, Playwright).
