Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by 1) Directing, planning, coordinating, and organizing the infrastructure of a telecommunications network and; 2) Evaluating the quality of operations and taking corrective actions to resolve problems such as excessive failures or delays, or high operating costs and 3) Developing technical specification contract documentation to support all telephony maintenance and service requirements; to include fixed line and cellular services. A BQ military spouse possesses knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies comparable to others who meet the competitive referral criteria for the specific position.

The NATO Status of Force Agreement (SOFA) between Greece and the United States prohibits the hiring of any person who holds Greek citizenship/nationality as part of the civilian component with the US Forces in Greece.
