Responsibilities
- Support life cycle maintenance and integrated logistics product development for US Navy Submarine system(s)
- Must have thorough understanding of ILS Certs, APLs/BOMs, and parts/hardware drawings.
- Use Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) to develop and maintain Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) and link them to Navy Item Control Numbers (NICNs).
- Interpret shipboard installation drawings, allowance parts lists (APLs), and ILS Certifications to prepare work files in support of ISEA system installations, as well as extracting data from NDE to support delivery of ILS packages.
- Creating an ILS certification and alteration record in the ILS Navy Data Environment - Navy Modernization (NDE-NM).
- Involves direct contact with customers and fleet users, and demands performance that is both detail oriented and time critical
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- Three years of experience supporting program/project manager and technical personnel in managing contract tasking and deliverables
- One year of experience in budget analysis, earned value management (EVM), and other program/project metrics
