Exchange Specialist
We are seeking an Exchange Specialist to support a secure, on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment. This role focuses on operations, troubleshooting, system health, and sustainment within a cleared environment. Success is measured by system uptime, response to incidents, and overall platform stability.

We are seeking an Exchange Specialist to support a secure, on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment. This role focuses on operations, troubleshooting, system health, and sustainment within a cleared environment. Success is measured by system uptime, response to incidents, and overall platform stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange (2016+) on-prem
- Troubleshoot mail flow, database, and client connectivity issues
- Monitor system health and perform routine checks
- Execute patching, backups, and maintenance activities
- Support security controls, STIGs, and compliance requirements
- Document configurations, changes, and standard procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI Full Scope clearance
- Experience with on-prem Microsoft Exchange (2016 or newer)
- Strong troubleshooting across Exchange services and mail flow
- Windows Server experience (AD, DNS, Group Policy)
- Experience with high availability and backup/recovery
Nice to Have:
- Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
- PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools
