The Integration Engineer works closely with developers, data engineers, architects, and operational teams to ensure seamless data flow, system interoperability, and alignment with enterprise architecture and security requirements.

• Analyze integration requirements including data mappings, transformation rules, payload structures, interface specifications, and dependency relationships.
• Develop and support service endpoints, RESTful APIs, and data transformation logic to enable secure and reliable system interactions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues including payload errors, connectivity failures, authentication issues, unexpected responses, and performance bottlenecks.
• Document integration logic, interface definitions, mapping rules, workflows, and system dependencies to support maintainability and traceability.
• Support integration testing activities, including validation of workflows, error handling, retry mechanisms, and performance characteristics.

• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, database teams, and architects to resolve integration challenges and improve system interoperability.
• Participate in change management and release planning activities to assess and validate integration impacts.
• Ensure integration solutions align with security, compliance, and performance requirements, including appropriate access controls and data protection practices.
• Support data exchange reliability through error handling strategies, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration patterns, standards, and reusable components.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery of integration-related features and enhancements.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 5+ years of experience supporting system integrations, API development, or interface engineering within enterprise IT environments.
• Strong understanding of integration design principles, system interfaces, workflows, and dependency management.

• Experience designing and implementing data transformation logic and integration workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues related to payload structure, authentication, connectivity, and response handling.
• Understanding of error handling, retry logic, and integration resilience patterns.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Exposure to cloud-based integration services or hybrid integration environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale system modernization or legacy system integration efforts.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
CLEARANCE:
