Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:
• Lead the analysis of user requirements and translate them into robust system requirements specifications.
• Drive design and development activities, providing expert technical leadership.
• Provide critical technical leadership for system integration efforts.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for all system components.
• Guide strategic planning for system development and integration initiatives.
• Focus on advanced Systems Engineering, Requirements Analysis, Software Architecture, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.

Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 20+ years
Salary: $342k+ yearly compensation

Job Description:
• Analyze user requirements and develop detailed system requirements specifications.
• Lead and direct design and development activities for complex software and system solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for system integration, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and integration guides.
• Guide and inform system development and integration planning, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Apply deep expertise in Systems Engineering principles and practices throughout the system lifecycle.
• Perform in-depth Requirements Analysis to define and refine system scope and functionality.
• Design and architect robust software solutions, leveraging best practices in Software Architecture.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Utilize DevOps practices to enhance development, operations, and automation.
• Oversee and execute Integration and Test (I&T) activities to ensure system quality and reliability.
• Engage in hands-on Software Development as required to support key initiatives.
• Provide Technical Team Leadership, mentoring engineers and guiding project execution.
• Utilize strong Communications/Technical Writing skills for clear and effective documentation and stakeholder interaction.
