Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead and oversee end-to-end Systems Engineering activities.
• Drive requirements analysis, system architecture design, and development initiatives.
• Provide expert technical leadership for integration, testing, and documentation generation.
• Manage system development lifecycle planning, implementation, and operational support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 14+ years
Salary: $310k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Lead and direct all facets of Systems Engineering, from conception through deployment.
• Conduct in-depth requirements analysis and define robust system architectures.
• Oversee and guide design, development, integration, and test (I&T) efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and communications.
• Manage system development and implementation planning processes.
• Address critical technical considerations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, configurations, and installation.
• Provide comprehensive customer support and technical assistance.
• Apply expertise in Software Architecture and Software Development.
• Utilize strong Communications/Technical Writing skills for effective communication.
