Summary:
• Lead and manage complex systems engineering projects from initial requirements analysis through integration.
• Design and develop robust system architecture and comprehensive design documentation.
• Provide expert technical leadership for system development and integration activities.
• Ensure clear and concise technical documentation for all project phases.
• Apply strong Systems Engineering principles and utilize JIRA for effective project lifecycle management.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Salary: $310k+ yearly compensation

• Perform detailed requirements analysis to define system scope and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive system architecture and design documentation.
• Lead and manage all phases of system development and integration activities.
• Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and communications.
• Apply advanced Systems Engineering methodologies and best practices.
• Utilize JIRA for efficient project tracking, task management, and workflow optimization.
• Oversee and execute Integration and Test (I&T) activities to ensure system functionality and performance.
