Summary:
• Lead the analysis of user requirements and development of detailed system requirements specifications.
• Provide expert technical leadership for all design and development activities.
• Drive the seamless integration of requirements, design concepts, and advanced technology solutions.
• Author critical technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documents.
• Guide the planning and execution of system development, implementation, integration, and testing efforts.
• Facilitate system interfacing with specialized intelligence systems, ensuring robust debugging and dataflow validation.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 7+ years
Salary: $271k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Conduct in-depth requirements analysis and translate user needs into clear system specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex dataflow architectures.
• Drive the planning and execution of comprehensive Integration and Test (I&T) activities.
• Develop and maintain professional technical documentation and communications.
• Architect scalable and robust software solutions.
• Apply Systems Engineering principles to ensure end-to-end system functionality.
• Lead and execute thorough Software Integration Testing.
• Possess experience with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems.
• Implement effective Software Testing strategies to ensure quality and performance.
