Summary:
• Administer and manage complex IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide comprehensive support encompassing implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for diverse IT environments.
• Conduct day-to-day operations, system monitoring, and effective problem resolution for client, server, storage, and network devices.
• Offer Tier I and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, with a focus on UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 10+ years
Salary: $286k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Administer and manage IT systems and infrastructure components.
• Perform daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Provide Tier I and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for system incidents.
• Configure and manage UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot operating system software.
• Ensure the integrity and security of managed systems.
• Configure and manage network components to support system functionality.
• Implement operating system enhancements and updates.
• Apply expertise in Linux systems administration and Windows systems administration.
• Utilize strong knowledge of Network Protocols for system configuration and troubleshooting.
