Summary:
• Lead the analysis of user requirements and system architecture to drive design and development initiatives.
• Direct the formulation of requirements, conducting thorough feasibility studies to ensure project viability.
• Provide expert technical leadership, integrating requirements, design, and cutting-edge technology.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, detailed system architecture, and robust system designs.
• Oversee the planning for system development and implementation, ensuring successful deployment.
• Ensure the technical integrity of all Systems Engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 7+ years
Salary: $271k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Conduct detailed analysis of user requirements and existing system architectures.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex systems, providing technical direction.
• Formulate and refine system requirements, performing feasibility studies to validate solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in integrating requirements, design principles, and technological solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture and design specifications.
• Guide system development and implementation planning, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Ensure the technical integrity and quality of all Systems Engineering deliverables.
• Apply expertise in Integration and Test (I&T) methodologies to validate system functionality.
• Utilize strong Communications and Technical Writing skills for clear and concise documentation and presentations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Software Architecture and Software Development principles.
• Leverage extensive experience in Systems Engineering practices and Technical Team Leadership.
