Job Title: Legal Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid - you can report to Vienna, VA or Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL
Type: Contract
Compensation: W-2 Hourly - Negotiable
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite
Security Clearance: No clearance required. Background check, Credit check and fingerprinting are part of the hiring process
Responsibilities
Assist legal teams by handling administrative tasks such as document management and data entry.
Support subpoena specialists with document production by learning various computer programs and databases.
Manage confidential legal documentation and adhere to court procedures.
Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Maintain organizational standards in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing business needs.
Requirements
Substantive experience with legal documentation and court procedures.
Ability to handle confidential information and perform administrative tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication, coordination, and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards at both state and federal levels.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptability to a changing environment.
Organizational skills and time management capabilities.
Good communication skills and ability to multi-task.
