What is the Government Services Team and why join?
Our Government Services team provides cleared resources with a global reach to federal civilian, Department of Defense (DoD), and intelligence community markets. WWT is seeking strategic and hands-on Google Cloud Engineer to design, development and integration of new architectural features into existing cloud infrastructures.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $185,000 to $199,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
WWT is seeking strategic and hands-on Google Cloud Engineer to design, development and integration of new architectural features into existing cloud infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge and analysis experience in a range of digital/web services and solutions where open source, cloud technologies and agile development methodologies have been applied.
- Ability to rationalize complex information to make it understandable for others to work, and ability to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found.
- Analyze propositions and assess decision-making factors such as strategic alignment, cost/benefit, and risk.
- Works closely with the Product Manager to define a product approach to meet the specified user need.
- May oversee aspects such as budget and resource requirements.
- Help in defining predicted user and financial benefit can be realized.
- Make recommendations for action against the analysis done
- Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years experience
- Bachelors in computer security
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- IAT-2 Certification
- Cloud Certifications
