Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Administer and leverage project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Apply and champion Agile/Scrum methodologies across project teams.
• Utilize Rhapsody and SysML for advanced systems design and modeling.
• Execute comprehensive systems engineering functions throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Salary: $320k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Manage project workflows, schedules, and deliverables using Jira.
• Facilitate team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and documentation through Confluence.
• Implement and adhere to Agile/Scrum principles and practices to guide project execution.
• Design, model, and analyze complex systems effectively using Rhapsody and SysML.
• Perform in-depth systems engineering activities including requirements definition, architecture development, and system integration.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and test plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust systems solutions that meet operational needs.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
