Salary: $320k+ yearly compensation

• Apply expertise in Rhapsody for model-based systems engineering.
• Perform comprehensive systems engineering activities across the entire development lifecycle.
• Utilize JIRA for issue tracking, project management, and workflow optimization.
• Leverage Confluence for documentation, knowledge management, and team collaboration.
• Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Implement and champion Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
