• Lead and manage systems engineering activities across the program lifecycle.
• Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Implement and optimize agile frameworks for efficient development and operations.
• Utilize specialized tools like Rhapsody, JIRA, and Confluence for effective workflow management and documentation.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Salary: $273k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of systems engineering processes.
• Direct program management activities, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Implement and champion agile and Scrum frameworks for product development and team collaboration.
• Utilize Rhapsody for complex system design, modeling, and analysis.
• Manage project workflows, issue tracking, and reporting within JIRA.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation using Confluence.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering and project management practices.
