Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the program team to achieve objectives, provide guidance, set priorities, and foster professional growth among project, engineering, logistics, production, and quality managers
- Remove impediments to the team to allow them to execute efficiently and foster strong collaboration across the program team
- Plan, organize, and manage all program activities to meet contractual requirements and financial commitments
- Lead the program using the BAE Systems Lifecycle Management (LCM) framework and track program progress and performance using established metrics and business success criteria
- Report accomplishments, issues, and concerns across the program to Business area leadership and customer stakeholders
- Oversee program resources, including capital assets and facilities, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization
- Drive proactive risk and opportunity management to protect financial commitments, schedule critical paths, and achieve program objectives
- Actively manage program financial performance through regular finance and program performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to government and company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Lead or facilitate lessons-learned initiatives to apply insights to current and future programs
- Serve as one of the primary customer interfaces, providing regular program status updates and addressing program-related inquiries and coordination needs
- Facilitate clear and effective communication of program priorities, progress, and decisions across all levels of the program
- Ensure facilities are operational and establish a culture that adheres to BAE Systems values and ethical requirements
- Foster leadership engagement with local employees and assist with securing facility lease agreements
- Create a safe working environment and adhere to BAE Systems facility policies
- Support BAE Systems Inc. audits and ensure the facility meets physical and other security requirements

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree and twelve years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a defense or government contracting environment
- Strong understanding of program management, leadership, and communication
- Experience with BAE Systems Lifecycle Management (LCM) framework or similar
- Ability to lead and manage a team of 100+ employees and oversee a portfolio of programs valued at over $50M annually
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive proactive risk and opportunity management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate clear and effective communication across all levels of the program
