Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Deputy Program Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI to support KDS and our government customer in Arlington, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manage, track, and evaluate performance relative to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promote positive customer experiences.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders within the customer organization to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of project tasks, including tracking progress, updating schedules, and following up on deliverables.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by maintaining project documentation, organizing meetings, and managing project-related communications.
- Help identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, escalating to the Program Manager as needed.
- Develop and conduct analysis on datasets to provide detailed analysis and reports surrounding daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly statistical analysis.
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
- Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Program Management, systems engineering, or managing data center operations and IT infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in providing analysis of existing processes, requirements, and systems to determine operational functionality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize complex tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Network or System Engineering, Help Desk Operations, and Asset Management would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically for preparing and briefing executive government leadership.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage schedules and financial risks.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple high-level stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- ITIL Certification.
- CompTIA Security+ CE Certification.
Clearance Requirement:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to get SCI.
- DOS SCI preferred.
