  • Communication to Senior Program Leadership and Outside Stakeholder Organizations:

    • Lead weekly schedule reviews to discuss past-due items, changes, risks, and overall schedule health
  • Lead Program Planning Efforts:
    • Lead program planning activities by driving consensus and coordinating inputs from a cross-functional, multi-organizational team
    • Employ excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present schedule status, risks, and trade-offs to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and technical teams.
    • Clearly explain schedule mechanics, constraints, and assumptions to a broad audience, from other schedule managers to stakeholders unfamiliar with scheduling concepts.
    • Actively participate in Program discussions and reviews to deconflict competing priorities and resource constraints; propose scheduling solutions that meet overall program objectives.
    • Ensure that the schedule accurately reflects the latest program decisions, scope, and resource allocations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-10 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and best practices for schedule integration
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data, perform "what-if" scenarios, and identify impacts of changes on the overall program timeline
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex, technical data (schedule data) in a clear, concise, and professional manner, both in documentation and presentations
