Job Description
Alutiiq Information Management, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a well-qualified candidate for an Administrative Assistant position. This position will primarily support the US Navy RESTORE (Reverse Engineering, Science, and Technology for Obsolescence, Restoration, and Evaluation) Laboratory. Work is performed at The Alutiiq Information Management (AIM), LLC offices, located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA.
Payrate: $38.00 to $41.00 Hourly

- Provide administrative support to the RESTORE Program Manager, and provide Administration Support for Facilities management, reporting to the Subsidiary President.
- Create, maintain, and update excel spreadsheets to track expenses, to include personnel travel administration by Task Order/Technical Direction Letter.
- Create and process SPOT (Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker)/LOA (Letter of Authority) Orders for emergent OCONUS personnel travel
- Complete and submit monthly CDRL's as required for contract deliverables.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order material/supplies and research new vendors and suppliers for general office support.
- Maintain corporate contact and specific project personnel lists.
- Perform new hire onboarding, badging and security clearance documentation completion.
Payrate: $38.00 to $41.00 Hourly
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Security Clearance Required. Must be able to obtain and maintain, at minimum, a SECRET security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills/knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must understand Office 365, SharePoint.
- Candidate should have general knowledge of DoD Contracts.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills. Professional and friendly demeanor, customer oriented.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter and a willingness to be independent to complete diverse work efforts.
