We are seeking creative and driven Summer IT Interns to support our corporate and technology functions. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment. As an IT Intern, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance, supporting corporate operations and delivery teams. You will work closely with IT and project leads to help strengthen IT capabilities across the Concept Plus enterprise while gaining exposure to real-world federal IT challenges.

What you'll do
- Ticket Intake & Triage: Monitor the IT support queue, serving as the primary intake for incoming requests and ensuring issues are triaged and assigned correctly.
- Tier 1 Support: Provide initial technical support and troubleshoot issues related to user accounts, software, and hardware devices.
- End-User Assistance: Directly communicate with staff to resolve common IT problems and assist with device setup and configuration.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Contribute to routine maintenance tasks, such as system patching, hardware inventory, and backups.
- Documentation: Maintain clear records of support actions and document troubleshooting steps for the internal knowledge base.
- Professional Growth: Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex projects, taking on increased technical challenges as capabilities grow.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of security documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Information Security and IT Operations teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative spirit
- US Citizen
