Job Title

On-site in City, State

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing technical and engineer data to create maintenance procedure narratives.
  • Identifying resources, tools, man-power, and time to complete required to perform that task.
  • Ensuring products are accurately composed using available technical and engineering data.
  • Conducting quality reviews of materials.
  • Attending technical and other review boards.
  • Interviewing product developers.
  • Observing performance of production methods.
  • Referencing technical specifications, blueprints, engineering illustrations, and trade journals.


Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
    Active Secret Clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related field
  • Active Secret Clearance required to Start
  • 2-5 years in Maintenance Task Analysis, sustainment, or performance-based logistics
  • Experience conducting MTA using tools (PowerLOG-J, SLICwave, or similar)
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and electrical systems documentation
  • Experience developing maintenance procedures and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with commercial systems, racks, and electrical infrastructure
  • Standards & Compliance:
    • Working knowledge of:
    • GEIA-STD-0007 (LSAR)
    • MIL-STD-3007 (Facilities)
    • NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) systems or Ground Weapon Systems (GWS)
    • Examples: THAAD, SM-series, AN/TPY-2 radar, Sentinel radar
  • Knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) operations and sustainment
  • Experience with electrical distribution systems, communications nodes, and mission systems
  • Familiarity with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies
  • Experience with predictive maintenance, IoT, or Digital Twin technologies
  • Knowledge of Weibull analysis, failure data modeling, or RAM tools
  • Experience developing IETMs (S1000D, MIL-STD-40051E)
  • Familiarity with DoD lifecycle logistics and sustainment processes
  • PMP or project management experience
