Responsibilities:
- Analyzing technical and engineer data to create maintenance procedure narratives.
- Identifying resources, tools, man-power, and time to complete required to perform that task.
- Ensuring products are accurately composed using available technical and engineering data.
- Conducting quality reviews of materials.
- Attending technical and other review boards.
- Interviewing product developers.
- Observing performance of production methods.
- Referencing technical specifications, blueprints, engineering illustrations, and trade journals.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Active Secret Clearance required - Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related field
- Active Secret Clearance required to Start
- 2-5 years in Maintenance Task Analysis, sustainment, or performance-based logistics
- Experience conducting MTA using tools (PowerLOG-J, SLICwave, or similar)
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and electrical systems documentation
- Experience developing maintenance procedures and technical documentation
- Familiarity with commercial systems, racks, and electrical infrastructure
- Standards & Compliance:
- Working knowledge of:
- GEIA-STD-0007 (LSAR)
- MIL-STD-3007 (Facilities)
- NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) systems or Ground Weapon Systems (GWS)
- Examples: THAAD, SM-series, AN/TPY-2 radar, Sentinel radar
- Knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) operations and sustainment
- Experience with electrical distribution systems, communications nodes, and mission systems
- Familiarity with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies
- Experience with predictive maintenance, IoT, or Digital Twin technologies
- Knowledge of Weibull analysis, failure data modeling, or RAM tools
- Experience developing IETMs (S1000D, MIL-STD-40051E)
- Familiarity with DoD lifecycle logistics and sustainment processes
- PMP or project management experience
