User Access Management Analyst
Location: Remote

Job Description:
As a User Access Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in provisioning and deprovisioning user access to key applications. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to temporarily join our team in this capacity.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaboration and problem-solving, particularly your ability to troubleshoot and resolve access issues. This role offers an opportunity to grow your expertise in entitlement management and contribute to enhancing the organization's security and control processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing a ticketing queue of manual provisioning and deprovisioning requests.
- Assist users in troubleshooting access issues by analyzing existing access approvals, provisioned entitlements and escalating issues as necessary.
- Work with application teams to onboard new applications, or new roles to existing applications, and ensure alignment with control requirements and provisioning best practices.
- Collaborate with the identity operations team as needed.
- Stay up to date on any known application issues or application down-times that may cause widespread user issues.
- Support identity lifecycle activities - user provisioning, de-provisioning, role assignment, privileged access considerations, and policy updates.
Required Skills:
- Experience in ServiceNow or similar managing a ticketing queue.
- Foundational understanding of entitlement concepts such as access levels, required approvals, and privileged vs non-privileged access.
- Familiarity with control standards such as SOX and CMMC.
- Eagerness to learn new applications, tools, and methodologies in a rapidly changing IAM landscape.
- Experience with ServiceNow requests and task ticketing process – Intermediate
- Foundational understanding of access controls and importance of compliance with policy and process – Intermediate
Desired Skills:
- Hands on experience provisioning user access.
- Experience with Cayosoft.
- Experience in a Service Desk type role where users would report issues and the individual would have to trouble shoot a root cause.
