Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING
Candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of procurement activities for low complexity subcontracts on the SEWIP Production Program within the Maritime Electronic Warfare portfolio.
THE WORK
• Managing and administering numerous production and spares subcontracts to ensure on-time supplier deliveries that meet LM contract due dates
• Responsible for leading low complexity subcontracts through all stages of the subcontract lifecycle (incl. RFP development, Negotiation, PO Release, PO closeout)
• Coordinating weekly phone calls and meetings with subcontractors
• Managing and reviewing Subcontract Data Requirement List (SDRLs)
• Managing subcontractor invoices
• Negotiating Terms and Conditions and Proprietary Information Agreements

Basic Qualifications:
• Business degree from an accredited college
• Experience in supporting DOD contracts
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Accountable to meeting commitments
• Willingness to adapt and learn
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Subcontracts, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Buying
• Experience with LM Procure-2-Pay (P2P)
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)
• Experience with FAR/DFARs
• OLDP graduate

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
