THE WORK
We are seeking a talented Software Systems Integrator supporting multiple TTW Mission Warning and Mission Sustainment programs.
Must have an active Top Secret clearance, location is either Boulder, CO or Longmont, CO.
As the Lead Software Systems Integrator for the TTW Mission Warning and Mission Sustainment program areas, you will spearhead the end to end development of high performance, scalable, and reliable solutions. Your responsibilities span the entire product lifecycle-designing, building, and integrating complex software systems while providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. You will ensure comprehensive documentation, enforce rigorous configuration management practices, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies from concept through deployment. In addition, you will architect and embed automated security monitoring and rapid response capabilities into the solution, guaranteeing continuous compliance and swift threat remediation for mission critical operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Design, develop, and integrate complex ground to space solutions ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Coordinate integration objectives for large ground system products and troubleshoot errors with system, software, and test engineers in an agile like team.
• Support regression testing and change request checkout, working closely with the test team.
• Lead cross discipline planning and issue resolution with hardware, firmware, test, and program management teams.
• Define and drive the future architecture roadmap for integrating, testing, and deploying new capabilities.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (automated build, test, and deployment) and conduct system level analysis/simulation to catch integration issues early.
• Integrate automated security monitoring and response, guaranteeing continuous compliance and rapid threat mitigation.
This is a SR CAREER (level 6) ROLE where candidates typically require 12+ years of experience and a BS degree.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and/or Java for embedded and high performance applications.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, middleware, and real time operating systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and automated build/test pipelines.
• Familiarity with configuration management systems (Git, Perforce, ClearCase) and requirement traceability tools.
• Experience with integrating and/or testing hardware/software products or equivalent technical experience
• Experience in the full software development life cycle functions including requirements definition, software design, developing, integrating, testing, debugging, and documenting.
• Agile practices
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of automated security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and compliance frameworks (e.g., DoD RMF, NIST SP 800 53).
• COTS and FOSS integration experience

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
