THE WORK
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
This Program Finance position will be part of a team of analysts who collectively support multiple Delivery Orders under a federal government contract. Responsibilities include program cost management; EVMS support to include baseline management, performance reporting, variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessment and CDRL completion (IPMR; CFSR; etc); invoicing; monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasting; ROS/Profitability and Balance Sheet analysis; workforce planning and support to the program management team. *US Citizenship is required. Successful candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ Years of experience in Finance or related field
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Experience generating either monthly invoices or CDRLs using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial modeling & reporting including Pivot Tables, SUMIF statements and Lookups
• Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude; ability to develop effective relationships to accomplish team goals
Desired Skills:
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion & COBRA, as well as financial systems and processes such as ROADS, ECS, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), FP&A, and accounting (including revenue recognition and balance sheet analysis).
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) principles and application to financial process, including contractual cost and schedule performance.
• Experience with multiple Contract Types (CPxx; FFP); familiarity with contract language/proposal process
• Program Finance experience to include monthly and annual program financial status preparation and analysis (LRP; Monthly Outlooks)
• Advanced Excel knowledge using Macros and/or other Excel functions
• Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
• Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments
• Experience presenting to/interfacing with senior management

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
