As the Logistics Management Analysis Associate Manager, you will safeguard production system integrity across multiple RMS sites, optimizing inventory to reduce costs while supporting critical Mission Integrated Command and Control programs. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination of manufacturing planning, material management, and shipping operations, directly contributing to mission success.
THE WORK
The Associate Manager leads logistics functions that enable high-performance manufacturing and delivery for mission-critical programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align objectives and eliminate bottlenecks.
In this role you will:
• Lead and coordinate manufacturing planning, material management, warehouse, and shipping activities across RMS sites in Colorado Springs, Deer Creek, and Valley Forge to ensure production system integrity.
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives using SAP MRP tools to minimize costs while supporting multiple Mission Integrated Command and Control programs.
• Oversee employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, and recognition/disciplinary actions for the logistics team.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, safety, and finance stakeholders to align objectives, resolve bottlenecks, and sustain seamless program execution.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating across programs and functions to achieve business goals.
• Apply deep expertise in SAP Materials Requirements Planning to guide teams in effective materials management, planning, and warehousing processes.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
