Job Description
Markon is seeking a Mission Support Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and office management support to an Intelligence Community customer. This role supports day-to-day operations by ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, meetings, communications, and office activities. This role requires you to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. This position will initially be based in Springfield, VA then move to Herndon, VA sometime in the Summer of 2026.

USD $80,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage executive and team calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate and support meetings, briefings, and events, including logistics, materials, and note-taking as required.
- Draft, review, and manage office correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Order and track office supplies and support general office management functions.
- Serve as a point of contact for administrative coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation in accordance with customer policies.
- Support office operations, including task tracking, action item management, and follow-ups.
- Assist with preparing presentations and materials for leadership.
- Provide general administrative and mission support as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4 years of experience providing administrative or office management support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
