Job Description:
This project team will support key initiatives to build processes and implement a technical solution to improve and sustain security controls for the CMMC External Boundary.
The Process Lead will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative workflows across the organization. Your role will involve conducting thorough analyses of current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating meetings between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration. You will be tasked with meticulously documenting all procedures, implementing robust quality control measures, and monitoring the effectiveness of new processes to ensure they meet organizational objectives. Additionally, you will coordinate closely with the IT department to integrate technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
You will play a pivotal role in managing transitions during process changes, guiding teams through the adoption of best practices, and providing ongoing support after implementation to ensure smooth adaptation. Exposure to Agile methodologies and risk management frameworks will be highly beneficial, as you will be expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Experience in leading cross-team initiatives, overseeing quality assurance programs, and facilitating organizational change will help you excel in this position. Your ability to champion process excellence and support teams through change will be critical to your success in this dynamic and impactful role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of new business processes across the organization.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-team meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration on process initiatives.
- Document all processes clearly and maintain up-to-date records.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure process consistency and effectiveness.
- Monitor the performance of implemented processes and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
- Lead transition management efforts for process changes, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Facilitate the adoption of best practices across teams and departments.
- Provide post-implementation support and transition assistance to stakeholders.
