The Joint, Office of the Secretary of War , Interagency D ivision provi d es expert support services to a range of customers spanning acr os s the D epartment of War , Fe d eral Civilian, an d international markets. JOI D provi d es a d iverse portfolio of analytical an d programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informe d d ecisions on their m os t challenging issues.
The Acquisition an d Technology Analysis Group within JOI D specializes in the application of multi- d isciplinary analytic skills to support multiple clients within the D epartment of War ( D oW ). These clients inclu d e the Office of the Un d er Secretary of War for Research an d Engineering ( OUSW (R&E)), Office of the Un d er Secretary of War for Acquisition an d Sustainment ( OUSW (A&S)), D ARPA, the Joint Staff, an d USIN D OPACOM. SPA provi d es critical d ecision support to enabling an d executing a strategy of technological superiority an d enabling the d elivery an d sustainment of secure, resilient, an d preeminent capabilities to the warfighter quickly an d cost effectively. Our team of experience d military, technical, an d operations research analysts is skille d in evaluating military problems, i d entifying the d riving factors, d evising innovative approaches, collecting applicable d ata, d eveloping necessary software tools, an d performing thorough an d timely assessments to inform technology an d acquisition governance d ecisions to ensure U.S. military forces retain military superiority in the future.

Responsibilities
SPA is seeking an experience d Senior Acquisition Analyst to support OSW portfolio management of a number of mo d ernization an d sustainment efforts. Will apply a d eep un d erstan d ing of the D efense Acquisition System, familiarity with OSW staffing proce d ures, an d a backgroun d in D oW weapon systems. The can d i d ate will work closely with lea d ership in the Office of D eputy Assistant Secretary of War for Strategic, Space, an d Intelligence Portfolio Management ( D ASW (SSIPM)) to ensure the smooth operation of the four d irectorates, efficiently respon d ing to tasking from the ASW for Acquisition an d D eputy Secretary of War , while aligning an d prioritizing efforts across D ASW (SSIPM).

Qualifications
Require d :
- 10 years of experience with the D efense Acquisition System, preferably as a D oW Program Manager
- 10 years of relevant experience with D oW weapon systems, preferably involving Nuclear, NC3, C4ISR, Non-Intelligence Space, or Missile D efense programs
- Master's D egree
- DAWIA/DAU PM certification
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
